David Wolf is a dynamic coach, trainer, and consultant. His coaching and training spans a variety of areas, including leadership, sales training, managing change, interpersonal communication, and organizational performance engineer.
As an experiential trainer, facilitator, and coach, David’s ability to blend power and warmth, as well as his broad base of experience fused with business instincts, translates into messages that are informative, entertaining, and practical. Because of his direct contact with clients and his unwavering devotion to understanding and meeting their specific needs, he delivers stimulating, values-driven, and thought-provoking programs that consistently achieve results and accelerate the changes you want.
David is Chief Advisor for The Wolf Group, an innovative training and coaching firm that he founded in 2006. After working 15+ years in high octane corporate enviorments mastering skills in leadership, professional development, team building and sales performance for companies like First of America Bank, New York Carpet World, AG Edwards & Sons, and BMW. David realized first-hand the importance of unleashing “True Potential” in an organizational environment, creating a path forward to achieve higher levels of job fulfillment, productivity and enhance performance.
David attended Western Michigan University, where his core curriculum was in finance and marketing. He holds a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) designation from the Academy for Coach Training in affiliation with Antioch College. He has additional certifications in Spiral Dynamics - Mastering Values, Leadership, and Organizational Change. The Values Collaborative - Tools to Build a Values-Driven Organization.
David lives in Redmond, WA with his dog Riley. He hikes regularly in the Cascade Mountains, skis every chance he gets in winter, and runs on the trails around his home.
